Jay-Z Covers the October Edition for XXL
The October edition of XXL will be covering Jay-Z’s making of The Blueprint 3, Raekwon, as well as J. Cole and Eminem. You can read all of this on the actual cover. I also posted another BP3 leak possible. Produced once again by Timabalnd. The October Edition of XXL hits stands September 15th.
Video: Drake Falling
I felt that this deserves a post. I’m pretty late already I know, but I would like to update everyone who heard of the incident. While performing “Best I Ever Had” in Camden, New Jersey, Drake had collapsed. Previous to the concert Drake has torn his ACL, and had injured it once again on stage, causing him to fall from pain. Drake’s doctor had advised him otherwise, but Drake insisted that the show must go on. After the jump, read Drake’s response to the incident.
QuESt – Upcoming Promo Tape + “Champ’s Been Here”
Okay guys, I guess it’s about time to release the information about QuESt, which some of you may already know since I’ve just received a lovely email from Mr. Fairbanks. So we all know that QuESt is a pretty dope artist that’s been dropping some good shit for the past little while, of course all leading up to his promo tape. Two tapes will be presented, on June 28th, Broken Headphones, and a month later, There’s Only One Month Left. So I present you to everyone the newest leak (dropped today) from There’s Only One Month Left. It’s a pretty nice track, and I recommend a listen.
T.I. Keepin’ Her On Lock
Another congratulations is going out this evening to T.I., real name Clifford Harris, who has just married his long time girlfriend Tameka Cottle. A very exclusive wedding actually held last Friday on a small island just off the coast of Miami. Tameka has been with Tip since 2001, and is has given birth to two of T.I.’s children.
“It’s been a crazy situation around here with all that has been taking place. In regards to Tiny and T.I., yes they are officially husband and wife. It recently took place in a very private ceremony with only members of the immediate family and certain members of the Grand Hustle family,” reported by an unamed source to the Urban Daily.
